STUD SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement is made and entered into this _____day of _________________

of setting forth the terms and conditions of the breeding of Stud Dog _____________________________________________

 Stud Dog Owner agrees to accept a non-refundable fee of $______________
to be paid in full at the time of service.
 The Stud Dog Owner agrees to accept a “pick of the litter” puppy to be taken by 8
weeks of age.
 “Pick of the “Litter” constitutes, Stud Dog Owner’s right to review all puppies prior
to Bitch Dog Owner offering them for final sale and/or final consideration to
prospective buyers.

If the brood bitch fails to produce a viable litter, the Stud Dog Owner agrees to one (1)
return service at no charge within 12months of said service. To receive a return service,
it is required that a licensed veterinarian perform a vaginal to pinpoint the time of
ovulation.
*The brood bitch owner will be required to provide the following health certifications
prior to approval: Results from OFA and/or Penn Hip and Cardiac/OFA. A current
inoculation record including brucellosis if the Stud Owner is providing a natural
breeding.
